Some reference photos and power input/dial light output connection work. The connections terminals double as an input filter capacitor. I ground off the rivets and replaced them with #4 machine screws so I could replace the paper covering the unused holes.
Filter can is mounted using an insulator because the circuit is designed to generate a small negative voltage for grid bias.
